I've read about it before but tried out HIIT for the first time ever over the weekend & it kicked my butt and then some. & my body is still aching a little bit from it! I think I can do prolonged work outs no problem but I spread my energy out over time. Doing quick bursts were a struggle. I am going to see if I can do an HIIT workout once a week to keep me on my toes.
I also want to get back into foam rolling. When I was doing it regularly, it was great but I couldn't be bothered putting an extra few minutes when I was home to do it. Maybe it will be my mini goal for the month.
